Refund Deadlines:
For Spring 2010 Semester: Refund deadline is Sat., Sept. 4th, 2010. There will be a 10% restocking fee (deducted from refund). Or, for students who can show proof of dropping the class, we give until Sat., Sept. 11th, 2010 and no restocking fee will be applied.
You may however rent books for a 5 day period for 25% of the original price of the book or $5.00 whichever is greater. Book rental program is only available for used books.
For summer sessions: Refund deadline is the 3rd day of the summer session. Books purchased after the 3rd day are non-refundable. Refund Conditions:
1) Returns must be accompanied by proper cash register receipt.
2) Books must be returned to the store from which they where purchased.
3) Books must be in the original purchased condition. If the book was new, it must not be marked, soiled, scuffed or damaged in any way. If it was originally wrapped or boxed, it must be returned in the same condition.
4) Books must have the original barcode stickers or labels.
5) General merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Merchandise returned for refund or exchange must be in original packaging with all labels intact and attached, undamaged and in saleable condition. The bookstore reserves the right to determine the condition of the merchandise.
Refund Payments:
Credit card purchases will be refunded to the same account.
Check purchases will be refunded in cash.
ATM purchases will be refunded to the same account.
Cash purchases will be refunded in cash.
No Refunds On The Following Items:
Duplicated notes or Xerox Readers
Special Orders
Reduced price/marked down merchandise
Test preparation books and study aides
